Excellent food, low fat, so you can have lots, and great value.

Excellent quality of food!! And the meals were easy to prepare. A very good variety of food in the meal kit consisting of 5 meals for two people. Really good value for money!!

Muscle food does provide good quality meat at an affordable price, however unfortunately the service is sometimes not as good as you expect from them or their delivery agents.

Can’t fault the service or food from here in any way at all. Told all my family and friends too get ordering

I had my first delivery from Muscle Food today. I was happy with the provenance of all meat except the chicken breasts which were sourced from Poland. This country doesn't appear on the Muscle Food website. I know Polish poultry has been rife with salmonella. I raised this with Muscle Food but was stonewalled. Reluctantly, I binned the chicken.

Happy with the meat but delivery could have been better. Despite the driver saying the box had been left in the porch, this was not the case. It was left on the doorstep and even the photo shows this. There was some one in and the porch is always left unlocked for deliveries.

I was very disappointed with the quality of the food, the chicken had a smell of going off so had to wash and freeze it quickly. Also I ordered a special offer and it was a rip off after seeing that 1 sausage is classed as a serving and also the package of mince is not low fat. I will not be ordering again from you, I have frozen everything quickly because of the smell of the chicken breasts but I am scared to use the pork incase that is going off too

Recipes for meal pots seem to have changed and not as good. Satay chicken is nowhere near as good as previous, same with the spicey Korean chicken and sausage and beans.

Was short on what I ordered AND Paid for offered £5 off my next order not good enough .Should auto refund or replace Quality of meat is very good on time delivery We are long time customers just very dissatisfied with with the outcome of this problem

Absolutely pointless unless you want to buy out of date meat. I can only compare some of the meals to dog food even some of them I would not give to a dog be careful don’t get ripped off guys.

Used to rate this lot. They're great until something goes wrong. I received an order with several items missing. As it transpires, they have no customer service, they completly ignore complaints and any request for refund or missing items. I won't use them again...
